Well With Melo ("we", "I", "me") is a yoga and wellness business based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information I collect through wellwithmelo.com, why, and how you can control it. It follows Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What I collect

• Email signups: your first name and email address when you join the Seasonal Ritual or newsletter.
• 1:1 clients: your contact details, payment confirmation, and the wellness information you choose to share in your intake form and sessions.
• Inquiries: anything you send through the contact form or by email.
• Email activity: whether you open emails or click links, so I can send content that fits your interests.

How I use it

• To send the free Seasonal Ritual, the newsletter and emails you signed up for.
• To deliver and personalize your Vedic Movement Plan.
• To reply to questions, bookings and partnership inquiries.

I never sell or rent your information.

Where it is stored

I use trusted service providers to run the business: Sender (email list and newsletters), Zoho Mail (email), and Cloudflare (website hosting). Some of these providers may store data outside Canada, where it is protected by their security measures but may be subject to local laws.

Email consent

You only receive emails you signed up for, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Health information

Anything you share about your body, health or wellbeing during the 1:1 Plan is kept confidential, used only to build your plan, and never shared without your permission.

How long I keep it

Email subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe. Client records are kept for 6 years after your last session, as required for business and tax records, then securely deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you. Email hello@wellwithmelo.com and I will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Embedded content, such as YouTube videos and signup forms, may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
