We focus on nervous system regulation, breath-led movement, and deep refinement—instead of just repeating standard sequences. We consider your emotional state, physical, energetics and more. The Practice assessment is quite in depth and will share your personal talents, gifts and challenges. You will uncover so much more about yourself.
