April Class Themes: A Spring Practice for Integration
Each week in April follows a guided progression designed to support lymphatic flow, soft strength, and grounded energy. These aren’t just drop-in classes—they’re a full seasonal system rooted in Ayurveda, nervous system regulation, and functional movement. Each class will integrate themes into The Practice.
It is recommended to take 2-3 classes per week for full integration. Class pack holders will receive an online portal with extra classes, guides and tips to move at home - in between sessions.
Week One: Melt + Mobilize - Support lymph flow, soften tension, and reconnect to your core
Week Two: Circulate + Cleanse - Stimulate digestion, release water retention, and detox the body & mind.
Week Three: Awaken + Strengthen - Build deep core strength, restore vitality, and reawaken self-trust.
Week Four: Integrate + Ground - Regulate your nervous system, restore emotional balance, and fully embody your strength.
