I have spent years studying the subtle art of movement and energetics—blending Pilates, somatic awareness, barre, breathwork, and Ayurveda to create practices that soften, strengthen, and align. My approach is slow, deep, and intentional. Less about performance, more about presence. Less about "working out," more about returning home to yourself.
